DUO for a JOB is coming to Impact Café
DUO for a JOB is an intergenerational mentoring program that allows volunteers aged 50+ to support young job seekers and boost their chances of getting a job. They encourage people over 50 to use their experience and skills built up over time to help young people with a migrant background in France. Their goal is to help eliminate inequalities in access to the labour market for young people with a migrant background, to recognise the knowledge of our 50+, and to combat discrimination by recreating social cohesion, understanding and local solidarity.
In this workshop the director of DUO for a JOB will come and present the association, who they are, what they do and how beneficiaries and volunteers can join them.
