Serve the City Paris organizes food distribution for the homeless throughout Paris every week of the year. Today, our Association delivers food to over 400+ homeless and refugees each week, and we also provide food for integration events, sports activities, and other philanthropic missions throughout Paris.
We offer a special program for our beneficiaries (refugees, asylum seekers and young immigrants) who wish to volunteer and help feed the homeless.
Our group of beneficiaries join our volunteers and together distribute food each Tuesday, Friday and Saturday morning, to the homeless across Paris.
If a beneficiary registers to volunteer with Serve The City Paris for a minimum of 4 months, Serve The City Paris will provide the beneficiary with an official ‘attestation’, which can be helpful in the French court system when our beneficiaries are applying for residency in France, or a work permit.
REQUIREMENTS:
To become a beneficiary of Serve The City Paris, and ultimately a volunteer, please fill out the mandatory REFUGEE REGISTRATION FORM.
We also ask all our new beneficiaries and volunteers to take one of our ‘new volunteer training’ workshops. The new volunteer workshops are usually offered 2x per month, in the evenings for 45 minutes. They are scheduled on the first Tuesday and 3rd Tuesday of each month, located at the STCP IMPACT Café & Coworking space, located at 67 rue Beaubourg, 75003 Paris. The training is very interactive where participants can ask questions about volunteering with Serve The City Paris.
