Serve the City Paris is excited to announce that on Tuesday, February 4, 2025, we will be opening ‘IMPACT Café and Coworking’!
‘IMPACT’ offers a unique coworking experience and meeting space, designed to generate social, sustainable, and humanitarian initiatives and collaboration among our community. Beginning February 4th, we’ll be offering this venue in the center of Paris, where you can not only come and create impact, but enjoy a specialty coffee and a unique menu of international healthy dishes for breakfast and lunch.
It’s been a 3-year project for Serve the City Paris to find the right place to fulfill this dream of better serving our expanding community of volunteers, beneficiaries and partners (corporate and partner NGO’s). The new IMPACT Café and Coworking is located at 67 rue Beaubourg, 75003 Paris (next to the Pompidou Museum), and it has over 200 square meters of space for a café, a coworking section and 4 private meeting rooms that can hold up to 40 people.
The overall objective of this unique concept is to ultimately help the marginalized in Paris by providing a workspace and community meeting environment for a local and international group of young professionals, students, corporate employees, tourists, freelancers and volunteers who wish to collaborate and engage daily in social impact workshops, weekly events and weekly solidarity activities for the city of Paris.
These events and activities at IMPACT will include our existing community outreach activities, plus workshops on sustainability, meaningful integration events, small group discussions, how to find employment in Paris workshops, and training courses for internationals who wish to learn the French and English. We also plan to hold unique events for our neighborhood, …such as café tastings, a board game night, candlelight yoga, a monthly mic-night/karaoke, and other events that promote integration, solidarity and just pure enjoyment through engagement for our community.
We are grateful to our investment community for the financial support to create IMPACT Café & Coworking, especially from our partner UPS (United Postal Service), who believed in our vision to create a training and community center in Paris.
You are all invited to visit IMPACT Café and Coworking starting this February 4th, where we will have an open house during the first week, with specialty café drinks, food, entertainment and an orientation of our events and activities scheduled for the month.
